Brown Sauce
This sauce is used in Beef With Broccoli.
3/4 c. beef broth, beef bouillion cubes can be used
1 T. plus 1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
Combine the above ingredients in order, and bring to
a boil,stirring.
