Crystal Peach (sweet)
Ingredients:
100 g wheat flour
100 ml water
2/3 tsp sugar
3 1/3 tsp red colouring
20 pieces cherry stalks
Mix all ingredients (except colouring) together and
make dough.Make into peach shape and sprinkle with
red colouring. Place in a bamboo basket lined with
a slightly-oiled banana leaf. Steam for 3 minutes.
Place a cherry stalk into each peach.
